Recommendations of Aldosterone Antagonist use in Heart Failure (Eplerenone, Spironolactone)

Contraindications:

· K+:  > 5.0 meq/dl

·  Creatinine:  >2.5mg/dl in Men, or >2.0mg/dl in women

Monitoring of Eplerenone and Spironolactone
